A stations menu usually consists of 5 or 6 different stations items in smaller portions allowing your guest to move from station to station enjoying different tastes.  Your event can start off with a cocktail and passed appetizer hour with stations to follow.  Here are some appetizer and station ideas to choose from.

.     Italian Antipasto:  assorted cheeses, grilled artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, assorted olives, grilled eggplant, prosciutto, salami, pepperoni, Tuscan breads, artisan breads. 

.     Crudités:  A colorful cornucopia of fresh cut raw vegetables with our Chefs choice of assorted dips.  

.     Cheese display:  a selection of imported and domestic cheeses, garnished with fresh fruit, Carr’s crackers and flatbreads

.     Pate display:   chicken liver pate enhanced with granny smith apples served with mini toast squares

.      Charcuterie display:   assorted meats, sausages, cheeses, cornichons, coarse and Dijon mustards-   served with bread rounds and assorted crackers

.     Smoked salmon display:  pepper crusted smoked salmon served with a lemon dill sauce and pumpernickel triangles

.     Middle Eastern:  assorted cured olives, hummus, tabbouleh, feta cheese and cucumber salad, baba ghanoush, assorted flatbreads

.     Chesapeake Bay:  assorted crab cakes, fishcakes, and shrimp cakes, served with lemon caper sauce, traditional cocktail sauce and remoulade and brioche rounds

.    Fajita:  grilled marinated chicken breast or flank steak, warmed floured tortilla, grilled onions, and peppers, grated monetary jack cheese, sour cream, fresh garden salsa, and guacamole

.     Pasta Station:   cheese tortellini and penne with your choice of vodka sauce, herbed pesto and house marinara, additional items to add on can include:  grilled chicken, grilled vegetables, Italian sausage, or Bolognese

.     Philly Station:  Shaved steak or grilled marinated chicken served with grilled onions, mushrooms, melted provolone, served on a hoagie style roll with Philadelphia soft pretzels and mustards 

.     Reuben Station – grilled Reuben sandwiches served with corn beef, and pastrami, fresh kraut, Russian dressing, banana peppers, Swiss cheese, on marble rye bread

.     Mashed potato bar:   “Mash in”  Mashed potatoes with  condiments of crispy bacon, shredded cheddar, chives, sour cream, blue cheese and herbed butter 

.     Risotto station:  Creamy risotto to include toppings of wild mushrooms, walnut pesto, caramelized onion, gorgonzola cheese, asparagus tips and shaved prosciutto.   We can add items such as grilled shrimp, grilled chicken and or flank steak

.     Ultimate Portobello Bar (great for vegetarians) grilled Portobello mushroom caps topped with choices of chopped scallions, sautéed spinach, sundried tomatoes, shaved parmesan, creamy goat cheese, caramelized onions $6.95 or add crumpled sweet Italian sausage

.     Flank Steak Bar:  teriyaki, merlot, and blackened marinated flank steaks served with garlic aioli, mustard horseradish, chimichurri sauce, or demi glaze with fresh baked rolls

.     Prime Rib of Beef:  sliced prime rib served with creamy horseradish sauce, au jus and caramelized onions served with petite rolls

.      Loin of Pork:   herb roasted pork loin with choices of roasted shallot jus, green pepper corn sauce, apricot cream sauce, or orange balsamic glaze

.     Maple glazed ham:  cinnamon and brown sugar rubbed ham served with country biscuits and assorted mustards 

.      Hand Carved Turkey:  blackened, herb crusted, or maple glazed turkey served with cranberry mayo, peppercorn mayo and sage aioli 

.     Thai Salmon medallions:  grilled salmon filets served with sweet Asian noodles and julienned vegetables
